This order was for replacements for defective items that were in an earlier shipment. I was disappointed that the extra time it took to fix this problem caused difficulty for some of my best customers.

There has no defective items because we haven't change any mould of the insert foams. We have pay more to make a new mould for you per your new request, so you should not say like that:( This happens during our chinese spring festival, we are on holiday, so things can not go as fast as you wish, please kindly make allowance for that. We have handled all for you in time:) We think we can work better in further orders after this!
